MAAN: The Value Foundation, a brainchild of Dr. Manishaa Singh, stands true to its name. Set up in 2018, the foundation works towards uplifting women and children socially and economically through its various initiatives. The goal of the NGO to provide children with healthcare and value education is fulfilled by its initiatives like adopting schools. At present, two government schools have been adopted under which they are renovated, refurbished, and stocked with all the essentials for a proper education experience. 

Women's empowerment is another social cause Dr. Manishaa Singh works actively for by advocating for women’s rights and uplifting women through various programs. She believes in the collaborative uplifting of women and the Indian culture through social events like Gangore Utsav, Teej Utsav, and Ghoomar Utsav, which are organised annually. Through these events, the NGOs not only provide a stage for women and a communal sisterhood, but also promote the fading Rajasthani art and culture. Being a proud traditional woman with a modern mindset, Manisha wishes to inculcate the value of heritage in others through her yearly Ghoomar workshops, which connect youth to their cultural roots. 

MAAN is an organisation that collectively works towards uplifting various aspects of society. Their events, on one hand, bring out the lost culture and heritage, and on the other hand, represent the role of women in Indian cultural society and the current scenario. The NGO is designed by Manisha in such a way that it fights economic and cultural poverty together
